At Vivid Divergence, we want you to love your purchase and feel confident shopping with us. We provide as much detail as possible on our Product Pages to help you make informed choices, but we also understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If something is wrong with your order, we’re here to help make it right.

Our Exchanges and Returns Policy is designed to be straightforward and fair, ensuring a seamless experience if something isn’t right.

Eligibility

We accept Exchanges and Returns if:

Conditions for Exchange or Return:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, in original condition, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items cannot be Exchanged or Returned unless faulty:
❌ Personalized/customized items
❌ Items marked as 'Final Sale'
❌ Used or damaged items (unless faulty upon arrival)

How to Initiate an Exchange or Return

To start an Exchange or Return, follow these steps:

📸 Include Clear Photos: If your item is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from the description, please include clear photos showing the issue when you submit your return request. This helps us process your request faster.

📌 Note: Unauthorized returns or items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchange, Return & Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

✔️ If Approved:

  • You will receive store credit for use on Vivid Divergence products.
  • If an exchange is requested, we will confirm availability and arrange the replacement.

Processing Time:

  • Store credit refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your item.
  • Exchanges are processed within 2-3 business days, with shipping times varying based on location.

📌 Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to a faulty, incorrect, or wrong-sized item, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
  • If the return falls under the EU 14-day cooling-off period, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, with no justification required.

Conditions:

  • The item must be unused, with original packaging and tags.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is faulty.
  • Refunds for EU customers will be processed to the original payment method, unless otherwise requested.

Sensory Satisfaction Promise Terms

(Applicable only to Vivid Littles Sensory-Friendly Tees)

  • Wear for 7 Days, Worry-Free: We get that sensory comfort doesn’t always show up on Day 1. That’s why your child can wear their new tee for 7 days to really feel it out. If it’s still not the right fit, send it back—even if it’s been through a playground adventure or two.
  • Returns with Purpose: If your child’s not loving it, you can return or exchange the tee within 30 days. We’re not here to nitpick—we just want them comfy.
  • Real-World Worn? No Problem: We know kids don’t “gently” do anything. As long as the shirt isn’t destroyed, we’re cool with it coming back.
  • Your Feedback Matters: We’re not just asking for feedback to check a box—we genuinely care. Your insights help us fine-tune our designs to better meet the needs of kids with sensory sensitivities. The more details you share, the more we can improve to make sure every child feels comfortable and confident.

  • Store Credit for Anything You Love: We’ll hook you up with store credit that you can use on any Vivid Divergence products—because your kid deserves something that feels just right.

How to Send It Back

Follow our standard Returns & Exchanges process, but be sure to mention "Sensory Satisfaction" in your request to fast-track the process. You'll find all the details above.

  • Store Credit: Sent your way within 5 business days of getting your return.

We’re all about making sure your kid feels amazing in our tees. But hey, we get it—sometimes even the most perfect tee isn’t the perfect fit. If it’s not quite right, we’ll make it right. Simple as that.
